The undead hordes of zombies have brought about the end of civilization and remain a constant threat to anyone exploring derelict villages, towns, and cities. They come in several flavors:
- The basic, upright zombie is barely a threat on its own, but usually appears in greater numbers.
- Armored zombies carry body armor (grey) that protects their head and torso and has to be removed with a shot or punch before the undead can be safely dispatched.
